General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bd000 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the website located at bd000.app and all associated services, games, features, promotional offers, and payment facilities offered thereon.

By accessing bd000.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game or sporting event offered on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately.

bd000 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice, save that material changes affecting player rights will be communicated by email to registered users at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the complete agreement between you and bd000 governing your use of the platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

bd000 is an adults-only platform. Access to and use of the platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute and non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting in a personal capacity and not as a representative of any business or commercial entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or requires a local licence not held by bd000.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by bd000 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of an employee of bd000 or any of its affiliated game software providers.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

When registering, you agree to provide the following truthfully and accurately:

• Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on bd000. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If bd000 identifies duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all secondary accounts, void any bonuses awarded to duplicate accounts, and in cases of deliberate abuse, close all associated accounts permanently.

bd000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point following registration, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), valid passport, driver's licence, utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and screenshots or statements from any payment method linked to the account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

bd000 supports a range of Bangladeshi and international payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions on bd000 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion fees are charged by bd000, though third-party payment providers may apply their own fees as per their individual terms of service.

The minimum deposit amount on bd000 is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard.

All funds deposited to bd000 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. bd000 reserves the right to return funds to their source and close an account where third-party deposits are detected.

bd000 implements anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all financial transactions. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of AML and identity verification checks. These checks are a legal obligation and are conducted consistently regardless of the player's tenure or activity level on the platform.

bd000 will not be liable for delays in deposit credit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, national holidays, or technical issues outside bd000's direct control.

bd000 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of the promotion, which supplement but do not replace these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered on bd000 unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

1. Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times by creating duplicate accounts or using shared devices or IP addresses will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses.
2. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also known as a playthrough requirement) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
3. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
4. bd000 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits that apply while a bonus is active. Bets exceeding the stated maximum while a bonus is pending will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
5. Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been played through by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
6. bd000 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that existing bonus funds already credited to a player's account will be honoured subject to the wagering requirements applicable at the time of crediting.
7. Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Free spin winnings are typically capped at a stated maximum cash conversion amount.

As a condition of using bd000, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith. You must not engage in any conduct that is harmful to bd000, to other players, or to the integrity of the games and betting markets offered on the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bd000:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in any way not available to a standard human player.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in money laundering or using bd000 as a vehicle to transfer, disguise, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Submitting fraudulent payment details, initiating chargebacks, or reversing payments after gaming activity has taken place.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true identity or location.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation or to extract personal data of other users from the platform.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing offensive, defamatory, or harassing content via any communication channel on the platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting — systematically exploiting differences in odds across platforms — in a manner that constitutes abuse of bd000's pricing systems.

bd000 reserves the right to monitor all activity on the platform for compliance with these obligations. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bd000 may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and recent bets, withhold or forfeit the account balance, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

All content on bd000.app — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, text, promotional materials, data compilations, and the bd000 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of bd000 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without express written permission from bd000.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices displayed on the platform.
• Use the bd000 brand name, logo, or any associated intellectual property in any commercial context without prior written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform using automated means for any purpose.

Game content displayed on bd000 is provided under licence from third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Habanero, among others. All intellectual property rights in individual game titles remain with the respective studios. bd000's licence to offer these games does not transfer any rights in the underlying game software to the player.

Any unauthorised use of bd000's intellectual property or that of its licensors may result in legal action and will constitute grounds for immediate account closure.

Either you or bd000 may close your player account at any time. The process and consequences differ depending on who initiates the closure and the reason for it.

Voluntary Closure by the Player: You may request to close your bd000 account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and AML checks. Bonus funds and associated wagering balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure. Closure or Suspension by bd000: bd000 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal obligation requiring account closure.
• Extended account inactivity (as defined in bd000's dormancy policy, available on request).

Upon closure of an account by bd000 for breach of these Terms, bd000 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, all funds in the account may be forfeited. In all other cases of closure initiated by bd000 without fault on the part of the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player.

These Terms & Conditions represent the complete and final agreement between you and bd000 with respect to your use of the platform.
